Is Prairie River a religious program?

No. It takes Christianity seriously as part of Western history, literature, art, law, and moral vocabulary, but it does not proselytize or ask families about their faith.

Can I share materials?

No public reposting, resale, scraping, copying, repackaging, or bulk distribution. Families may use materials for their own household homeschool use.

How do I request access?

Prairie River reviews access requests to make sure the system is being used for parent-directed homeschool purposes. The questionnaire is short and meant to protect the usefulness of the system.

Will Prairie River pass a state evaluation?

Prairie River helps parents keep orderly records, but parents remain responsible for their own state’s homeschool laws.

What happens if Prairie River is unavailable?

Families should keep exports, emergency binder documents, attendance records, PE logs, and portfolio materials downloaded regularly.

Is Prairie River available outside the U.S., or in other languages?

Prairie River is built first for U.S.-based, parent-directed homeschooling families. Families outside the U.S. may request access, but Prairie River does not claim to satisfy homeschool, school, reporting, assessment, or curriculum requirements in other countries. International families are responsible for understanding and following their own local education laws.

At this time, Prairie River is designed in English. All materials have been developed to support English-speaking American students in their homeschooling journey.

Is Prairie River an actual academy?

It is called Prairie River Academy as a curriculum name. It is not a state-recognized school, accreditor, diploma-granting institution, or public/private school.

Is my child’s information safe?

Prairie River is designed to minimize unnecessary student data. Parents should avoid uploading sensitive, unrelated, or unnecessary personal information.
